Booking Le Petit Chateau

The apartment in Le Petit Chateau is available all year round, and prices include bedding and linen for up to 4 people.

The apartment can be rented for a whole week (7 nights), or for a short break, either weekend or midweek (3 or 4 nights)

Additional nights can be added, subject to availability.

A 50 euro discount applies if you wish to bring your own bedding and towels.

Prices are as follows:
Prices are in euros, and will be converted to pounds at the current exchange rate at the time of booking.

High Season (July and August) 475 euros per week, 275 euros per short break Mid Season (April, May, June, Sept, Oct) 395 euros per week, 195 euros per short break Low season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March) 295 euros per week, 150 euros per short break To make a booking, please call or email (see Contact Page) to discuss your requirements and preferred dates. We require a booking deposit, which is not refundable if you cancel the booking; 8 weeks prior to visit date = 20% 6 weeks prior to visit date = 50% 4 weeks prior to visit date = 100%

A security deposit of £100 is requested, which is due 4 weeks prior to visit date. This will be returned within 4 weeks after departure, subject to inspection.

Late bookings, less than 4 weeks prior to visit date, we will accommodate if possible. 100% payment will be required immediately, plus £100 security deposit.

Where a deposit has been paid, the balance due must be paid by 4 weeks prior to visit date.

The deposit will be lost if the balance is not received by the due date.

If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the booking is cancelled by us, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Access and keys
We will deliver the keys to you prior to your holiday, by recorded delivery, and they must be returned to us, also by recorded delivery after your holiday.

Along with the keys, we will send you clear directions to Le Petit Chateau, plus easy instructions regarding entry, water and electricity.

If you would like, for a small payment, we can arrange for someone to meet and greet you in the village, who can take you to Le Petit Chateau and help you settle in.

Provisions pack
If you would like to be provided with a pack of essential provisions, such as bread, milk, butter, eggs, we can arrange this. There is a small supermarket in the village, but you may just want to go straight to Le Petit Chateau and settle in. You should find tea, coffee, sugar, loo rolls, tins of food, herbs and spices, and sauces for cooking, in the apartment. All we would ask is that you replace what you use, or leave a few euros in the dish.

Service
If your stay is for longer than one week, we can arrange a service clean of the apartment, including change of bedding and towels. A small charge will be payable locally. Just discuss your requirements with us prior to your holiday.
